Does SmileForge record video or request a microphone?
No. The patient takes or chooses one still image. Video is not recorded, and microphone access is disabled.
Where can a practice use SmileForge?
Use the practice branded link on your website, in a campaign, before an appointment, or during the consultation. Patients can start from the practice link.
Does it require special equipment?
No. SmileForge works through the patient’s or practice’s existing phone or computer. The experience needs one still photo, not a video studio, scanner, or microphone.
Does the experience belong to SmileForge or my practice?
Your practice name appears on the photo page. Your team uses a separate practice account.
